What is this? This is a list of meetings being held in your city.
There are 3 types of standard meetings, namely
BPS Introduction Meeting - to meet new business people or professionals
BPS Strategic Partner Meeting - to meet strategic partners
BPS Referral Meeting - to close deals immediately
Other meetings are customized meetings.
Note the date and time, and the moderator. If you want to know more about the moderator, click on his/her name to view his/her profile.
To find out the detail (venue, agenda, introduction) about the meeting, click on the meeting title.
To find out who is confirmed by the moderator yet, click on the confirmed number.
To find out who has not been confirmed by the moderator, click on the waiting number.
Joining a meeting Click on the Join link on the right side of the meeting record. You are shown the meeting agenda. Then click on the..
If you have not logged in yet, you are brought to the login page. After logging in, you will be brought to the meeting agenda to confirm joining the meeting.
If you have already joined, you will not be able to click on the Join button again. This is also to indicate to those users are not sure if they have attempted this before.
Inviting friends to join meeting Click on the Invite link on the right side of the meeting record. All you need is your friend's email address. An email will automatically be sent to your friend. All users are allowed to invite friends.
Create a meeting Only Moderators can create meetings. Members who wants to become a moderator can apply to be one by sending an email to your city's facilitator. For example, klfacilitator@businesspeoplesearch.com. Guests cannot be moderators.
When you are a moderator, you will be able to see the Create Meeting command on the top menu. Click on this command to create your own meeting.
Approving attendance Only Moderators can approve guests/members to join meetings. Members who wants to become a moderator can apply to be one by sending an email to your city's facilitator. For example, klfacilitator@businesspeoplesearch.com. Guests cannot be moderators.
Click on the Waiting number to view, select and approve guests/members to attend the meeting.
